A. In three hands, of which Sir H. Savile's wrote fols. 1-23:

Fol. 1. Διοϕάντου Άλεξανδρὲως σ̀ριθμητικω̑ν αˉ-sˉ

Fol. 84. Διοϕάντου 'Aλεξανδρὲως περί πολύγονων ὰριθμω̑ν

Fol. 91. Σχόλια του̑ Πλανοὺδου ... είς Διόϕαντον (only as far as bk. i, prob. 16)

Tannery knew this MS. only from the 1697 catalogue, Diophanti opp. II, p. xxxiii.

In Sir H. Savile's hand: (fol. 110). 'Ισαα'κ ... του̑ 'Aργυρου̑ περι' εύρέσεως τω̑ν τετραγωνικω̑ν πλευρω̑ν ... , endorsed 'To my lovinge frende Mr John Chamber of Merton Colledge in Oxford'.

In Sir H. Savile's hand: (fol. 114). Βαρλαάμ λογιστική, beginning near the end of bk. iii, theorem 3, and continuing to the end of bk. vi. It is followed by the same calendarial notes in Greek and Latin as occur in MS. Savile 1 (which seems to be a copy).

Fol. 133. and E. Fol. 142. Two sets of Latin notes on Barlaam's Logistica.

Fols. 143-54, 158-65, in Sir H. Savile's hand: (fol. 143). Θέωνος Σμυρναίου ... τω̑ν κατα' τό μαθηματικο'ν χρησίμων ει'ς τη'ν Πλάτωνος α'νάγνωσιν,, defective: a contains pp. 1-41, 12 of Hiller's text (Teubner ed.); contains pp. 86, 15-119, 21 of Hiller's text. Hiller does not mention this MS.

In the hand of Camillus Venetus:

Fol. 166. Σιμπλικίου προοίμιον (sc. ει'ς το' αˉ τω̑ν περί ψνχη̑ς 'Αριστοτέλους), incomplete, ending at p. 2, 33 of Hayduck's text (Prussian Academy's ed.). Hayduck does not mention this MS.

Fol. 168. 'Simplicii explanatio ad 2. de Caelo ...' (Savile, who has also written a few marginal notes), really only what is contained in pp. 485-510 of Heiberg's text (Prussian Academy's ed.). Heiberg does not mention this MS.

Fol. 184. 'Ex Photio' (Savile), i.e. codd. 92, 93, 176, 212, 239 of the Bibliotheca of Photius

Fol. 198. Copy of a letter from Parthenius, archbishop of Constantinople and patriarch (A.D. 1639-44), to the inhabitants of Cephallenia and Zacynthus.

Fol. 202. Two pieces of elegiac verse addressed to cardinal Pole, the second ascribed to Jacobus Diassorinus, but not in his hand, followed by Μιχαη'λ του̑ Ψελλου̑ ει'ς τη'ν ψυχογονίαν Πλάτωνος (incomplete at end).

Fol. 206. Description of the contents of a MS. containing works of Hero and notes in the hand of Dasypodius.

Fol. 208. Σόλων η' περι' ευ'δαιμονίας, a composition in hexameter verse.

Various MSS. written by Sir H. Savile, Camillus Venetus, and others (cf. MS. Savile 10) in the 2nd half of the 16th and also in the 17th century
