Agricultural development in Basutoland (later Lesotho), one of the British High Commission Territories. It shows how farmers are trained to use modern methods and equipped to do so by means of a revolving loan scheme. Many individuals and groups in Britain, through Oxfam, are providing the finance for these loans of £25 each. Narrated by Jimmy Betts, Oxfam's Field Director for East and Southern Africa.
