Medical recipes, charms, and veterinary lore relating to horses, of which the more important are:

Fol. 1. Medical recipes followed by a description of the qualities of each month, a cabbalistic incantation (fol. 9), and prayers for travellers

Fol. 12. 'Here comes a tretis of oyles and of wateres medsinabil'

Fol. 30. Charms for detecting thefts, and love potions, followed by (fol. 36) further medical recipes

Fol. 57. 'X vertewes of treacle', 'To make a whyte spott on a blake hors' (fol. 58), the properties of a good horse (fol. 60)

Fol. 61. 'Here begynnethe alle manere of medesyne for an hors of whatt manere of grevance that he hath', ending at fol. 79 with 'explicit per Sothebe', and followed by 'the best season to putt a horse to the mare' (fol. 81)

Fol. 82. 'The booke of merschelsy here hit schalle begyn', with a verse prologue of 14 lines, beg. 'Yff you have stede foles to kepe', and (fol. 112v) further recipes
