(fol. 42v) An account of the siege of Jerusalem by Titus, beg. 'Comment Tythe sen alla ... Tythe doncque enuoye', in 35 + 64 chapters, chiefly from Josephus
(fol. 85) An account of some monsters, beg. '... Vne recitation de auscuns monstres. Poge de Florence recite...'
(fol. 86) A Life of Pontius Pilate, beg. 'Vng roy fut nomme Titus'
(fol. 88) 'De la priere que saint Gregore fist a nostre Seigneur pour lempereur Traien'
(fol. 90) 'Comment les deulx filz Symeon resusciterent a la mort et passion nostre Seigneur Ihesu Crist.'
Comprises 298 chapters. The miniatures are well drawn and executed with brilliant colours. The arms of Estouteville occur frequently on the borders, sometimes empaling those of Paynel and other families. Louis d'Estouteville, who died before 1463, married Jeanne Paynel, and the writing is possibly as early as 1463. On the horses of fol. 1, are the words Raymo[nd?] and Ragante.
