A narrative by Bulstrode Whitelocke (1605-1675) concerning his dispute (principally with Jerome Weston, 2nd Earl of Portland) over the will of Thomas Winston, Oct 1655-1661, with (fols. 11, 24v-25, 27, 32v, 40, 42v-43, 62-67) accounts of receipts and expenditure relating to his son Bulstrode's estate, 1654-1663.
