Administrative papers, including expenses claims, pay slips, voting records, correspondence regarding costs allowances, salaries, insurance, provision of services, the Register of Interests, pensions and absences from three line whips, note regarding the tax treatment of secretaries and researchers, and background papers regarding the pay and allowances of Members of Parliament. Also includes proceedings of Labour Party meetings held on 24 and 25 October 1990, press cuttings, mostly regarding the House of Commons, and correspondence and papers relating to the death of Winifred Healey [Healey's mother].
