'Scotts Apologie for himself and Warning vnto other Gentlemen... that they do not giue waie . to the pride of Prelates ... 1614', consisting of letters and papers concerning a dispute between Sir Thomas Scott of Egerton and Charles Fotherby, archdeacon of Canterbury, 1611-14, and including a discourse (fol. 128) entitled 'Three Arch-lies, or slanders deuised by the Arch-deacon . 1613', the whole corrected and (fol. 32) signed by Scott himself, the text being in the hand of a scribe.
