Summary

Prefixed is a copy of a certificate by Lord Dartmouth that Capt. Will. Wright behaved with great diligence and faithfulness while under his command; dated 8 Aug 1689; which is followed by two certificates, signed S.(?) Bowles, and dated 8 Jun 1689, of the delivery by Capt. Wright into the Admiralty of two journals of the proceedings of the "Resolution" from 19 Dec 1688 to 16 Mar 1689, and from 13 Oct 1688 to 19 Nov 1689.
