Canterbury, Kent, Benedictine cathedral priory of Holy Trinity or Christ Church: "Legenda sanctorum W. de Ledeberi" (s. xiv). "Ex prima demonstracione" (s. xv). "Frater Tho. Lee" (s. xvi). Christ Church marginal marking. (MLGB3: evidence from an inscription consisting of a title or, when a pressmark, a personal name in the genitive case).

"Sir Robert Cotton [1571–1631] gave it." (MLGB3)

ALCD no. 1793 (p. 141) which is wrongly identified by James with C. U. L. Ff.5.31. (MLGB3)
