Darley, Derbyshire, Augustinian abbey of St Mary the Virgin: "Iste liber est accomodatus. Iohanni de Eydon canonico de Repyndon per abbatem et canonicum de Derley infra annum restituendus in anno ix Ric' secundi" (fol. 217v). The regnal year is 1385-6.
