(fols. 9-18) a fair copy, in the hand of an amanuensis, with alterations by Beckford, of journal-letters, Aug.-Sept. 1779, visits to Mount Edgcumbe, Cornwall, York and Hackfall, Yorks.

(fols. 19-26) another copy of the journal-letters, omitting the first letter, and incorporating Beckford's alterations
