Dunett, Sugar Board, 1964; Ian Fleming, Ann Fleming, Peter Fleming et al., regarding the continuation of the 'James Bond' book series, 1964-1965; Cheddi Jagan, Premier of British Guiana, 1964; George Bishop, 1964; Paul de Lazlo, 1965.
