Owners inscription: "Liber Guilielmi Laud Archiepi[scopi] Cantuari[i] et Cancellarii Universitatis Oxon[iensis] 1633" (fol.2v). At the end of the MS births and deaths; the earliest is of 5207 (1407), the death of R. Shimon ben Yitsḥaḳ.
