Comprises papers relating to sessions of the European Parliament, Oct 1983-Oct 1986, focusing on the initial meeting of the newly-elected European Parliament in summer 1984.

Contents of file are mostly administrative, but file does contain copy of letter dated 24 Jul 1984 from EPP Group chair Egon Kelpsch to Sir Henry Plumb, promising support for an EDG candidate at the next presidential election, following Lady Elles' agreement to withdraw from the 1984 presidential election.
