Notes by archbp. Sancroft on the Book of Common Prayer, many of which are 'out of Mr [John] Hayward's booke of Coton which were partly his owne collections, & partly taken out of Bp. Andrewes his owne service booke', marked 'J. H.' and 'W.' or 'Wint.' respectively.

Many of these notes have been attributed to bp. Cosin.

An autograph Protestation before his liturgical Annotations' by bp. Cosin is on p. iii.
