Provenance
‘Pro monasterio Sancti Eligii fontis Novionen. dioc.’ (fol. 1, 16th-cent. hand). This is copied incorrectly on fol. 106v in a 17th-cent. hand with the added inscription ‘Nicolaus de Lecluse religiosus huiusce monasterii sancti Eligii fontis et rector parochialis ecclesiae beate mariae calniacensis [Chauny].’
On fol. 1 is the modern pressmark 27 E 9.
