Summary
'WWF S'A grant '99', contents of an envelope so inscribed. Nicholson's correspondence with the Chief Executive and other officials of the Worldwide Fund for Nature, with related typescript papers by him.
From 1998 the correspondence concerns a grant application by Earthwatch Europe to the World Wildlife Fund for supporting international biodiversity training at S'Albufera. This was turned down. Some of Nicholson's letters and papers, such as his statement at a meeting of WWF UK Trustees in Nov 1998, illustrate his frustration at the lack of international progress on biodiversity programmes following the UNCED Conference in Rio de Janeiro, 1992.
