Folder 3: Small appointment diary 1955, mainly covering travels in Egypt/Sudan, Feb-Apr 1955; exercise book 'Rough notes on Egypt', containing notes on journey on the Nile from Assam to Cairo, 11-22 Mar, and notes on Egypt and Sudan, including MS. version of poem [ Beni Hassan], starting 'It came to me on the Nile my passport lied' .
