Letter to Callaghan from [Sydney] Tapper-Jones and notes for a tribute to Tapper-Jones. Also includes notes for a speech regarding foreign and economic policy. 1966-1970

Correspondence regarding a visit to Cardiff by Queen Elizabeth II, visits by Callaghan to the Welsh Industrial and Maritime Museum and to Capital Trading Company, and correspondence regarding the Welsh National Opera, the Labour Party in Wales, the donation of a ceremonial sword to the National Museum of Wales and a visit to China of the Society for Welsh Chinese Understanding. 1976-1977
