Folder A.6.1: University of Malaya - External Examiner 1958-1959. Includes orrespondence regarding lectures, examining, and appointments.

Folder A.6.2: Methodist Conference, Washington USA, 2-6 July 1958. Includes printed matter regarding conference, travel arrangements, and correspondence regarding Coulson's address.

Folder A.6.3: Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, 8-16 May 1958. (Coulson was an External Examiner.) Includes: programme for Coulson's visit, requests for visits, talks and sermons, correspondence with academic and religious colleagues and friends, and a typescript article 'I write as a Christian' published in Peace News 1.8.58.

Folder A.6.4: Brussels, 10-15 April 1958. Coulson served as member of the Jury for the award of the Francqui Prize. Includes printed matter regarding Fondation Francqui, invitation to serve, and correspondence with organisers and colleagues.

Folder A.6.5: Colloque International sur Le Calcul des fonctions d'onde moléculaires, Paris, September 1957. Includes invitation to read paper, travel arrangements, and correspondence with organisers and colleagues.

Folder A.6.6: From benzene to graphite', 3rd Carbon Conference, Buffalo, 10-14 June 1957. Coulson cancelled his visit because of ill-health. Includes correspondence with organisers, arrangements for publication of paper, MS. abstracts of papers to be delivered, and some scientific correspondence 1956-1958.

Folder A.6.7: Lecture tour to Holland, 10-15 December 1956. Includes schedule of lectures, travel arrangements, notes on talks to be given, and correspondence regarding scientific and religious talks 1955-1957.

Folder A.6.8: International Symposium on Hydrogen Bonding, Ljubljana, 1957. Includes programme, lists of participants, abstracts of papers read, some annotated by Coulson; correspondence with organisers; arrangements for publication 1956-1958.

Folder A.6.9: 9th World Methodist Conference, Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, August-September 1956. Includes travel and visa arrangements, printed information regarding conference, arrangements for delivery and publication of Coulson's lecture 'Nuclear knowledge and Christian responsibility', and miscellaneous correspondence with organisers, delegates, and participants.

Folder A.6.10: Arrangements for lectures delivered in USA after the World Methodist Conference, September 1956. The lectures were delivered at Bell Telephone Co., Murray Hill, New Jersey, University of Rochester, New York, and DuPont Co. Experimental Station. The folder contains personal and scientific correspondence regarding the lectures and visits, 1955-1956.
