Summary

'Translatio Samoelis Iebrei. ad rab Isaach magistrum sinagoge Hebreorum et ceteris', the Latin translation by Alphonsus Bonihominis of Samuel of Morocco's dissertation against Jewish errors, originally written in Arabic, with the translator's preface. The author was a converted Jew. Text beg. 'Conseruet te Deus.' On fol. 1 are the arms, gules a double eagle displayed crowned or, on its breast on a roundle azure a fesse of the second; between 'I.I.' The end papers are Dutch flowered paper (18th cent.).
