Summary
To this are appended copies of the opinions of several lawyers in favour of sir E. Plowden's claim to be regarded in consequence as a peer of Ireland, and of a certificate by Edw. Bysshe, garter king at arms, of the exemplification of the papers, 23 Jan 1648.
The MS. formerly formed a portion of the contents of two other volumes, as the leaves are numbered by two old series of foliations 248–255 and 10–17 respectively.
