Correspondence and press cuttings from Callaghan's time as Parliamentary and Financial Secretary to the Admiralty, including notes for speeches, correspondence, diary entries of a visit to Greece, programmes of visits to Greece, Gibraltar and Malta, and press cuttings. 1943-1957 Also includes note certifying Callaghan's service on HMS Malahine and Callaghan's Certificate of Service, transcript of a talk given by Callaghan on the Royal Navy in the East Indies, and a letter from [Louis] Mountbatten regarding Max Beaverbrook.
