Provenance

On fol. 3 is a coat of arms, sable a cross or, surmounted by an eagle displayed sable crowned or as a crest. Perhaps Sansimone of Mantua (cf. Leipzig, Stadtbibl. Mscr. Nr. LXX, Livy) surmounted by Curlo of Genoa

On fol. 1v notes by an owner that the dean of Olom' (Olomouc?) and Magister Sanderus had borrowed books: 'Item dominus decanus ecclesie Olom [?] habet librum Seruii quem concessi'; 'Item magister Sanderus habet Pucaricium [?] quem concessi' (15th century)
