Includes correspondence with M.V. Wilkes and E.N. Mutch regarding a Summer School on scientific applications of digital computers held in Cambridge in September 1957. Strachey's lectures were titled 'Review of Commercially Available Computers'.
Folder also includes brief correspondence regarding a British Council Course on Digital Computers, November 1957, at which Strachey lectured, and brief correspondence with manufacturers and firms regarding details of their machines, for use in the lectures.
