Divided as follows:
"A short treatise for the daily well ordering of a man's life in God's service."
"Morning prayers / Afternoon prayers / and Night prayers / to be used every daye."
"Three generall prayers to be used at any time."
"Seaven meditations uppon 7 places of the Scripture to be read uppon the seaven severall dayes of the weeke."
Written in the time of Charles I., as appears from a prayer at fol. 21b, "in these generall troblesom times of civill warrs."
At the end is scribbled in another hand, "Mr. Rechard Wastes book." The initials R. W. are stamped on the cover.
