Summary

A collection of statutes of England and other legal documents: namely, Magna Charta, as confirmed on March 28, 1299/1300, Charta de Foresta, Statutes of Merton, Marlborough, Westminster 1, Gloucester, Westminster 2 & 3, de Religiosis, de Bigamis, de Justiciariis assignatis, de Quo Warranto, de vasto facto, etc., etc., ending with a Statute of York.

At fol. 219 is added in an early 15th century hand a short Latin piece on 'Prerogatiua Regis', beg. 'Dominus Rex habet custodiam.'

(fols. 1-2) are a copy of a conditional writ of summons issued apparently on May 11, 1462 against 'Thomas Eeuerardus' living in the neighbourhood of Marden ('Mawardyn') in Herefordshire.
