Summary
Hodgkin was invited to a meeting of the American Crystallographic Association at Monterey, California to receive the Fankuchen Award and to give a lecture. She then travelled to New York where she gave a lecture, as recipient of the award, at the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
Correspondence re arrangements, includes abstract of a lecture, probably on protein crystals and the work of l. Fankuchen; correspondence arising.
