'Liber dompni Thome Jay monachi Westmonasteriensis ex dono eiusdem confratris egregii viri dompni Roberti Humfrey. cuius iam anime propicietur iam Deus'; cf. fol. 303v, where there seems also to be the name of 'Willelmus Barow monachus Westmonasteriensis', all 15th cent.
