A transcript of Cott. MS. Tib. B. i in the British Museum by Francis Junius, headed by Thomas Marshall 'Hanc Orosii versionem Saxonicam ex MS° Cottoniano descripsit Cl. Fr. Junius, Francisci filius. Postmodum hoc apographum collatum erat cum codice MS° è bibliotheca Latherdaliana petito: qui olim fuit Johannis Dee M.D. peculium' (p. 1). Pp. iii-vi are an agreement on parchment in Dutch, dated March 16,1601, between the town council of Leyden and Francis Junius the elder to pay his daughter 14 gulden a year for life.
