D.235-D.240: Chapter for a proposed book The Cephalosporin Antibiotics. The title of Abraham's chapter was 'Cephalosporins 1945-1985'. The publishers, Adis Press Ltd. (New Zealand), eventually abandoned publication of the book. The material was published instead in a special supplement to Adis Press's international supplement Drugs, 1987.
