Summary

With accompanying note in Lady Elisabeth Feilding's hand 'This piece of quartz was found near Penrice (the north side of Cessa[?] bay) and has an anchor engraved on the little end of it for a seal it was always in my dear Mother's writing box and I think you will want it on both accounts'.
