Beg. "— shew to the how moche my Son hath honourde my name, my body, and my soule. / Of the most excellent dignyte of the holy name of this virgyn Mary. Capitulum primum. / I am qwen of heuyn."
End. "Here haue I shewyd to the how much God wyche ys my sonne hath lovyd and honourd my soule and my body. Amen. Deo gracias."
Each leaf is headed with the running title, "Vita beate Marie."
