Provenance

Fols. 1-23, Mainz, Carthusian abbey of St Michael: very probably identifiable as part (items 14-17) of G XV P in catalogue 1 and catalogue 2 (StB Mainz Hs I 576): '... Vita S. Hylarionis heremite Et Karileffi abbatis Et Yuonis confessoris Passio S. Katarine virginis ...'. The other sections of G XV P are not known to survive.
