A Latin herbal, beg. 'Galanga est sicca et calida et est radix valde bona':

To which some vernacular names of plants have been added in a slightly later hand (fol. 17)

Followed by notes for the treatment of fevers and other ailments (fol. 35v)

Preceded by a poem of 12 lines, beg. 'Who so wylle be hys soules leche' (fol. iii), a short plague tractate, beg. 'Whan pestilence regneyth' (fol. 1), some English recipes (fol. 2v), and a Latin description of the months with the foods proper to each (fol. 8)
