Decoration
Fine medium to large coloured initials with some pen-flourishing, Northern France (Paris?), s. xiiiex.
Headings, paraphs, and chapter numbering in coloured capitals. Red underlining of lemmata.
Binding
Brown tanned calf over laminated pulpboard for Abp. Laud, 1637–1639.
Acquisition
Given to the Bodleian as part of his third donation, dispatched on 28 June 1639.
Provenance
Written in the North of France (Paris?), s. xiiiex: based on script, parchment, and the decoration.
Würzburg, Domstift St Kilian: same added marginal and interlinear gloss as in other Bible books from the Domstift library.
