'The treaty in the Isle of Wight by Sir Edmund Warcup', title on binding, an autograph contemporary account by the Secretary to the Parliamentary Commissioners, sent to treat with the King, 2 Sept.- 28 Nov. 1648: on fol. 51v he signs his name. Ballard prefixed two letters from Sir E. Warcupp to Dr. Charlett, relating to the MS., 29 May, 1697, and 17 March 1701/2: a copy of Warcupp's epitaph is on fol. 1.
