Summary
Simulation games from Oxfam's Youth and Education Programme, Information Bank. Comprises:
'Kwacha: a version of Oxfam's 'Deadlines' simulation exercise, based on causes and effects of poverty in a southern African state, as perceived by the British media (Information Bank S1/3)', 1990. Devised by Don Harrison for a lower sixth form day school on Frontline Africa, at Hereford Sixth Form College, July 1990. Also letter from Don to Barbara Bond with evaluation of event, August 1990.
'What is development education? (Information Bank D2/4)', 1990. Designed by Alison Brownlie as an activity to introduce development education to Oxfam volunteers and teachers.
