Provenance

In a dedicatory inscription addressed to a high ecclesiastic, Domenico di Vicenza names himself as the author (fol. 76v), and states that he completed it in 1410 while living in Venice in the parish of San Giuliano, having begun it at Padua in the same year

O. HALLIWELL, ESQ., F.S.A., | F.R.S., ETC, ETC. | .......' the last line inscribed 'No. 17.' (c.f. MS. Ital. e. 19).
