Kingswood, Gloucestershire, Cistercian abbey of St Mary the Virgin: "Liber monachorum Sancte Marie de Kingeswde per Ricardum priorem", in red and green caps. on flyleaf facing the 1st leaf of text (fol. 1v). It is strictly contemporary with the text. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
