Registrum, sic in folio primo intitulatum: "Copia vera quarundam evidenciarum monasterii sancti Thomæ martiris juxta Dublin: extracta per me Willelmum Copinger de Cork, sue nacionis capitaneum, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vicesimo sexto."
Subsequuntur versus duo: "Writing is register of artes, the voyce of absent frinds, By this the dumb, yea dead men, speake, this makes the deafe amends."
In fine additus est (foliis duobus chartaceis,) manu Waræi, catalogus abbatum ab anno 1200 ad dissolutionem cœnobii.
In primo folio dicit Waræus notas marginales hic illic inscriptas, esse Joh. Alani, archiepiscopi Dubliniensis, tempore Henrici VIII.
