The chief of the the theological treatises are:
(fol. 1) At end, 'Explicit Regula viuendi secundum Ricardum [Rolle] heremitam de Hampole': beg. 'Ne tardes conuerti': this is the treatise also known as 'De emendatione peccatoris' or 'vitae', and 'Vehiculum vitae.'
(fol. 14v) 'Sermo eiusdem Ricardi Hampol' on 'Judica me Deus': beg. 'A Deo qui scrutatur': also known as 'De non judicando proximo.'
(fol. 20) 'Liber qui dicitur Flores Augustini', with a preface: text beg. 'Da mihi Domine.'
(fol. 39) At end, 'Explicit tractatus beati Augustini ... de Conflictu viciorum & virtutum': beg. 'Apostolica vox clamat.'
(fol. 48) Sentences from the Fathers, with English interspersed, on the Seven Deadly Sins (fol. 48: beg. 'Omnes huius seculi dilectores'), the Ten Commandments (fol. 51), and the Apostles' Creed (fol. 54)
(fol. 55) A tale of a king and four philosophers: the opinions of the latter are supplied in English in the margin: beg. 'Legitur quemdam regem.'
(fol. 62) An English sermon: beg. 'My dere frendes, J you pray: foure thingis in your hertis bere away.'
(fol. 74) The first part of an alphabetical book of 75 Distinctiones: beg. 'De abstinencia. Abstinencie triplex est species': ends in the 12th (de Balliuis) '& respondit heremita.'.
