Original full black limp morocco leather cover with lettered gilt on upper cover; meeting of the board of directors with the location, date and signatures of those present; two loose leaf entries into meetings of the board of directors that are held in the book by a paper clip; initial inspections do not reveal any signatures by Marconi prior to his death in 1937, but include those of others who served on his board of directors.
