Made up of several MSS, comprising:
(fol. 2). 'Tunes in four parts printed in Buchanan's Latin Psalms publish'd in 1616', Ps. i-v.
(fol. 5). Thomas Tallis's Veni Creator.
(fol. 6). The Hymnus Eucharisticus ('Te Deum patrem colimus').
(fol. 7). An unfinished anthem, 'Regard, O Lord.'.
(fol. 9). Three anthems, the first at least by W. Byrd ('O God, give ear' from Ps. lv, 'Mine eyes with fervency', and 'My soul opprest').
(fol. 17). A copy of Acts v-xiii in the printed metrical edition (1553) by Christopher Tye.
