Miscellaneous correspondence and papers concerning Lugard's activities in Kampala and Buganda, his march to Kavalli on Lake Albert and the order from the Imperial British East Africa Company to evacuate Uganda. Correspondents include Lieutenant W. Langheld, F. Stuhlmann, Emin Pasha, Charles Stokes, W.H. Williams, George Mackenzie and Sir Charles Euan-Smith.
