Summary
A general survey of the work of Oxfam, which includes the Agadir earthquake, and emergencies in the Congo, Korea, Greece, Basutoland, Swaziland, and East Pakistan (later Bangladesh). It also includes contrasting images of the prosperous and the needy, footage of Oxfam House, pledged gift collection, and celebrities in support of Oxfam in Trafalgar Square. Narrated by Richard Dimbleby. A later version of this film was made in 1964.
