Comprises:
(fol. 2). Anthem from Ps. xlvii ('O clap your hands'). 'From dr. Greene's sale.'
(fol. 10). 'Audi, Domine' and (fol. 18v) 'Super flumina Babylonis', two motets. 'Given to me [O. Wight ?] by Mr Cooper of Charlotte Chapel who got some of Dr Pepusch's Collection after the death of Mr Kellener, this being one of his books; and is an original Manuscript of Matthew Locke Esqr Composer to Charles the 2d.'
(fol. 25). 'A song of Thanksgiving for his Majestys Victory ouer the Dutch on St. James his Day 1666. And Perform'd before his Majesty on the 14th of August following' (beg. 'The king shall rejoice')
(fol. 35). The Responses to the Commandments (each different), and a part of the Nicene Creed: apparently in Locke's hand.
