The 'Sententiarum libri iv' of Peter Lombard (d. 1160), here with prolegomena comprising:
a mystical passage beg. 'Sibille omnes femine generaliter' (fol. iiv)
table of capitula to each book, that of book one beg. 'Omnis doctrina est de rebus' (fol. v)
a list of heresies, beginning abruptly through loss of one or more leaves (fol. vii)
a preface beg. 'Nunc inspectum libri sacramentorum' (fol. ixv), and the usual preface beg. 'Cupientes aliquid' (fol. x)
The text (beg. 'Veteris ac noue legis', fol. 1) is accompanied by contemporary marginalia.
There are two erased inscriptions on fol. 220v. Fols. ii-viii are mutilated.
