This work has been authored at the time of King Sulṭān Ḥusayn Ṣafavī (ruled 1105-1135 AH, 1694-1722). The author, being a devotee of the Safavid family and a believer in Shiʿa, answers in eight chapters from an ideological viewpoint to eight fundamental issues that two Sunni authors had arisen about the habits and actions of Shāh Ismāʿīl in their books called "Tārīkh-i Makkah" and "Tārīkh-i Dīyār-i Miṣr". The author has also written another book called "Badīʿ al-Bayān li-Maʿānī al-Qurʾān" (see DEN 460/2). Rasūl Jaʿfarīyān believes he should be a son of Iʿtimād al-Dawlah Shaykh ʿAlī Khān Zanganah, the renowned minister of Shāh Ismāʿīl. — Multiple dates; Unknown place of origin
