18th century calf over boards with blind tooled panel design.
Provenance
Manuscript inscription on slip of parchment tipped in: "Liber Mri Attewater emptus Lo[n]donijs p[er] Willm Menyman Colleg Whityngton Soc". William Menyman, fellow of Whittington College and editor of a homily on Mary Magdalene [?1505]. Atwater's books came to Brasenose through John Longland. Inscription on printed work reads "Thomas Lewis est possessor huius libri".
